Smart Stationery NZ Ltd is the 100% kiwi owned and operated solution to the ever-changing needs of the work and home office.

For years I have worked for large corporate providers who are either overseas owned/connected corporates or private equity firms. Smart Stationery NZ Ltd was created for this reason as we are all about your business and not about making profits for shareholders.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
1.1 Unless under the terms of its product warranty as stated at the time of purchase, Smart Stationery will not accept the return of goods for credit or any other purpose unless it agrees to accept the return of the goods and advise the Customer a return advice number prior to the return of goods. Return freight will be at Smart Stationery’s cost only when there has been an error on its part.
1.2 No returned goods shall be accepted if the product have been tampered with by you or any other person, and the goods (original packaging) must be unmarked and in saleable condition. We reserve the right to issue a credit note rather than give a refund and a restocking fee may apply.
1.3Â Where goods are returned to our suppliers but not accepted as above, they shall be returned to you at your expense.
1.4 Returns may be subject to a restocking & handling fee
