
OUR POLICY INFORMATION
1.1 Prices quoted are excluding GST unless otherwise stated. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the price of the goods will be the current price on the day of delivery of the goods. Prices do not include any delivery surcharges.
1.2Â All goods and services sold are subject to Goods & Services Tax.
1.3 Smart Stationery NZ Ltd shall be entitled to adjust any price quoted from time to time and will endeavour to notify the Customer of any price increase before any sales order is raised. Â
1.4 As soon as your order is placed an email, a sales order will be sent to the customer as a confirmation. It is up to the Customer to ensure the correct items and delivery address have been entered.  In circumstances where an incorrect delivery address have been supplied by the Customer Once goods are on their way to the customer or have been delivered, the customer may be charged freight and handling costs for cancelled orders returned.
1.5 We endeavour to deliver all goods promptly, but as we cannot fully control the courier and freight companies we use, especially due to Covid or busy holiday periods as delivery times could exceed the norm. Shipping rates are calculated according to your address and item size and weight. We charge freight as closely as we can to the actual cost of shipping
